Whoozit toys website is run by ‘Rumpus’, a beautiful toy shop in Didsbury, South Manchester.  Rumpus specialises in toys from birth to 8 years old, that are educational, safe and fun. You can choose from a wide range, including sensory baby toys, teethers, rattles, balls, jigsaws and puzzles, teddy bears, puppets, brio and other wooden train sets, trikes, balance bikes, scooters, dolls houses, wooden castles, sit-on toys, traditional wooden toys, wooden play food, wooden play kitchen, educational board games, trampolines, climbing frames, slides, football toys and many ideas to stimulate and develop your child. We stock wooden toys sourced from replenishable forests.  Lots of the wooden toys, from manufacturers such as Pintoy and Plan, are made from rubberwood from latex plantations. The trees are cut for replanting when they no longer produce enough latex, then the wood is recovered as a by-product. Studies show that rubber plantations can be as efficient as natural forest in removing carbon-dioxide from the air, by converting it into rubber latex, soil and wood - making rubberwood an environmentally friendly choice.

Our brand with the fewest air miles (none!) all produced on recycled high quality board in the U.K. is Orchard Toys.  Orchard Toys produce the best games available on the market for young children, and an excellent range of jigsaws.  We have also started stocking the Fair Trade toy brand Lanke Kade, who produces wooden jigsaws, clocks, nursery accessories and soft toys.

The Whoozit was developed by Manhattan Toy Company in the U.S.A.  A Whoozit baby toy will hold your baby’s attention from a very early age, with its’ high contrast colours.  The Whoozit toys are not only visually exciting but also tactile with lots of different textures on the Whoozit and sounds made by the Whoozit.
