Delivery Policy and Payment

Flat fee of £2.50 for ALL your postage and packing however many items you order at the same time. 

We only deliver in mainland U.K. and Northern Ireland. 
We charge a flat fee of £2.50 for postage and packing. 

Payment is via the highly secure PayPal payment system. You can specify to pay with credit card, just click on continue bellow "Don't have a PayPal account?" in the PayPal payment screen.

Orders are sent by standard UK Royal Mail, and we advise that packages sent by this method are usually received within 4-6 working days from dispatch.    Your signature is not normally required on delivery of UK orders. If no-one is in when delivery is attempted, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail sorting office.  Dispatching of items under the delivery services we use are not guaranteed and should be treated as an estimate. We would ask customers not to rely upon how long a delivery will take, but again we will do our utmost to ensure estimated delivery times are kept. whoozit-toys.co.uk has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of items ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to events outside reasonable control. Due to stock availability, multiple deliveries may take place in order to fulfill your entire order.  When this occurs each item will be dispatched as it becomes available and charged on the day of dispatch.

No orders are sent out between the following dates 24th December- 27th December, 31st December-2nd December, after 12 noon the day before a U.K. public holiday, and on any U.K. public holiday.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as entered by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
