When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery and billing address, e-mail address and contact number. All information is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.



We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order. You can check the information that we hold by sending us an email.

Payments are via the PayPal payment system. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Credit card details

We do not deal with, store or see your credit card details, all transactions are proccessed via PayPal, unless you make a telephone order — these are processed in our shop via our PDQ machine.
